Color Grab

Color Grab is an app that essentially lets you capture any color you see in your immediate surroundings. Just focus your camera on the hue of interest, take a picture, and select the color you want. Simple.

Once you've identified the color, it gets stored in your list of colors. You can later consult this list to pick a color, copy it to your clipboard, see its HEX ID, export it to Photoshop or Illustrator, and much more. Plus you can edit the color as desired, easily creating different tones.
